A, Yes. No problem at Huggies as we have unlimited free trail sessions from 1 hour visits to half day visits commencing the 2 weeks before you are due to start, this gives you the chance to have a friendly chat with your key worker and you can get to know us and we can get to know you.

Q, How will my child be safe and secure at Huggies?

A, At Huggies we boast the latest in security technology with full CCTV coverage in all rooms and vision monitors in the office so that you can pop in at any time and see how your child is doing. We also have door buzzers and voice panels in all rooms so that no unauthorised person can enter the building at any time.

Q, My Work place operates a childcare voucher scheme can I use those at Huggies?

A, Yes of course, we accept all childcare voucher schemes; we just need the full registration pack when you start with us. We are also registered to provide free places for 3 and 4 year olds. Don’t forget to see if you can claim Child Tax Credits, we have all the information you need to apply and can put you in touch with the local advice and support officer.

Q, Are your staff qualified?

A, Yes most definitely. We are pleased to say that ALL our staff are qualified, we do not believe in employing un-qualified staff. Many of our staff are mums too! So we can fully understand what quality care, love and safety you would wish for you child.
